Alarming close pass where, encouraged by the anti-cyclist stance of Lancashire Constabulary (as far as it's possible to ascertain they have never prosecuted a driver for close passing a cyclist), the large twin-cab pickup passed much closer to me than to the oncoming black BMW, and the driver remained within the left lane throughout. The police will ignore the report. Time on the video is GMT.
