This is what happens when the police refuse to take action against close-passing of cyclists- the offence becomes so common it's routine- I didn't bother reporting this one, as it's so common and would be ignored by the police. The Tesla driver stayed within the left lane throughout, much closer to the cyclist than to the oncoming hard steel white Citroen van. Time on the video is GMT.
