Standard Lancashire close pass, not as bad as many. Just to demonstrate the continual drip-drip of close passing, and the almost complete disregard for the supposed 1.5m distance. Time on the video is GMT. Not worth reporting to Lancashire Constabulary officers who just ignore much worse than this.
