Standard close pass around here, very common because drivers know that Lancashire Constabulary insists that any pass, which doesn't lead to a collision with a cyclist which results in him being knocked onto the road, wasn't close enough- and they refuse to take any action. This one wasn't reported as OpSnap Lancs refuses to reply in any way, and I already have enough examples of close-passing worse than this which weren't acted upon. Time on the video is GMT
