Illegal crossing of the unbroken white line at this and other blackspots is common in Lancashire because Lancashire Constabulary refuses to act against drivers who commit this offence, and all the other offences I have shown on here. I already have submitted to the police numerous such videos and they ignore them all, so I haven't bothered with this one. Time on the video is GMT.
