Looked but didnt care, big wheels rule …

I know to be careful here and saw him coming, he didnt care one bit, he needed to rush the hundred meters further up the road to the red light (where I passed him).
This is an area where we get lots of distracted drivers dropping kids to sport so always on the toes here.
