Illegal crossing of the unbroken white line at 50 mph in a 30 mph limit, in a dangerous position just before a humped bridge with a blind right turn on the crest. The driver is travelling so fast he has to brake to take the turn on the bridge, and to avoid colliding with oncoming Mercedes C-Class. He also has to brake further down the road at a left turn. Lancashire Constabulary will not respond to the incident or take any action
