Very frightening incident where I was on a mini-roundabout and the bleached blonde woman driving a blue Ford Focus came straight onto the roundabout without looking, and would have mowed me down had I not spotted her in my left visual field, and braked just in time. She is holding her right hand up to her mouth, and I suspect her of speaking into some device such as a mobile phone or dictating machine. The police will ignore this report, but when they do not respond, I will take further steps as the incident was so serious- she is staring ahead the whole time. Time on the video is GMT.
