I didn't report this to the LancashireConstabulary- they ignore vehicles charging through red lights at speed, so there's no hope of action over ignoring 2 mini-roundabouts. I'm putting it on here to illustrate posts about mini-roundabouts, including an incident where I was already on this roundabout coming towards the camera and a car took the same course as the blue Transit Connect and almost slammed straight into me. Doubtless the driver 'always goes that way', and is only ever looking out for large 4-wheeled vehicles.
