SUV makes a dangerous pass around a narrow corner.

Long video to show the Bike Lane marker and “Share the Road” signs. White SUV makes a very close pass up a steep hill.
Several Cars pass within the 1.5mtr Safe Space but the BMW X2 was the closest and at the point he came passed me there was nothing on the opposite side of the road meaning he could have safely gone by. This was the 1st of 2 Close Passes within 40 seconds, the 2nd being a School Bus
black car with no license plate blocked off bike lane with no turn signal.
Accidental or on purpose?

It is hard to believe. It seems like they deliberately drove me off the road.
