A driver travelling north decides the stationary traffic is too much. They make a decision to duck down the service road but only indicate as they begin to move, failing to notice the cyclist already indicating to enter the same service road on their left. A minor collision ensues.
A van did not stop and look before crossing so he hit me on my left side.
