Two MGIF in the first mile

Two Impatient drivers in the first mile of this mornings ride. Both simply Must Get In Front of any cyclist regardless of the danger they pose doing so. The second [female] driver said "I was using the whole road!" Obviously that is why she chose to overtake against oncoming traffic approaching a red light. I was moving to the centre of my lane [as the rules advise] in an attempt to prevent a dangerous pass.
