Teenage driver on her cell phone turned in front of me.  Running about 20 mph before I saw the car start turning.  Was able to get on the brakes a second or two before impact.  Estimate my speed at 15 mph at impact.  Twisted the handle bars on the stem.  Easy fix.  Luckily no other damage to the bike.  Several deep bruises up and down my left side.  Ribs have been sore for over a week.  After my conversation with them, I think they'll look before turning next time.  I had a flashing front lamp and neon orange jersey but she didn't "see me."
