It’s Not my Fault

Riding on the shoulder on Hwy66. Off road vehicle makes a right turn onto Hwy66 and drives up behind me on the shoulder. I bail to avoid being run over. I expected to fall to the right because of the steep embankment. But my front tire dug into the dirt and I fell left onto the shoulder. Road rash, bruises, and badly bruised ribs.
