Impatient driver nearly causes head-on collision

Some drivers think they have to give a full car's width when passing a cyclist.  This driver, rather than wait 2 seconds, goes completely to the other side of the double yellow on a twisting country road.  They had to swerve quickly to avoid an oncoming car at speed.  Totally unnecessary.
