The road behind me is industrial dead end, at this time of morning lots of commuting cyclists and the DHL people heading out from their depot, not particularly busy road at this part of it ... I though we all understood one another, its routine, see the same people most morning, but I was naive ... I move to the right lane to allow left turn traffic through and get ready (signal and move over) to move back in to left but today I'm a second slower and the dhl driver pounces and scoots up the inside of me ... he would have known what I was going to do, but he needed to rush 300 metres up the road to the red light ... where I overtook him ... and the driver from 'land of plenty' couldn't wait a few seconds either and pulls the overtake across lanes ... lesson learnt, left turn can wait behind me if I'm going straight.
