This is just to illustrate the routine illegal crossing in both directions of the double and single unbroken white line at this humped 'blind bridge- the offence is rather more common in the other direction but this occasion is southbound. The driver was at risk of colliding with oncoming VW T-Cross YR70 LBP. Lancashire Constabulary invariably ignores these offences and will do so with this one.
