Riding on a two-lane, winding country road with no shoulder when a student driver made an unwise pass, coming way too close to me. This is not a road for inexperienced drivers. I saw this driver earlier on this road and they were struggling to handle the car. The instructor should not have taken his student on this road and should not have had them pass me on this section of road. I was going about 25 mph at the time.
