You can drive in a Bus Lane if you are turning left!

Illegal turn across a bus lane. Drivers don't know that they are legally allowed to drive up to 100m in a bus lane if they are turning left. They are so scared of being fined they would prefer to do a risky manoeuvre like this and almost hit the cyclist ahead of me. Stupid!.
