White Subaru Outback DLZ-27T insists on passing at speed depite oncoming traffic making it unsafe. ON Wylds Rd., Glenorie. After a downhill dip where you can build momentum the cyclists have to start climbing but motor vehicles can just accellerate for the climb. Unfortunately, seeing cyclist ahead they need to slow down and be prepared to wait as the oncoming traffic is also descending fast and the chances of an oncoming collision are too high to risk it. But this irresponsible driver went ahead anyway, unconcerned about the vulnerable cyclist. There was plenty of time and clear light to make an assessment and just slow down and wait for a safer moment.
