I was southbound on a divided 2way road behind a high school. Road furniture sicivded the two way road including road bumps. I had my Fly 6 recording. I don’t have a front camera. I saw the black SUV in the distance but didn’t think about it because it’s a divided road with curbing. Suddenly he appeared in my lane just after I went over the speed bump. There was no escape route due to the curbing I went as far to the right as possible to avoid the head on. He never slowed down but maintained his high rate of speed. He was not a teen driver but an adult. I yelled at him. He never stopped nor acknowledged I was there. I talked to a police officer about making a report and showed him the video. It probably wouldn’t be a citation because there was no injury, no collision and an officer would need to have witnessed it to cite the driver due to the circumstances he explained.
