Driver didn't feel like stopping at a stop sign or yielding right of way to someone who had already entered the intersection. Proceeds to possibly speed in a 30km/h zone (bike going 34km/h with 39km/h max (to follow) and was gaining distance)).

Proceeds to not stop at second stop sign and turn right onto a 1-way street in wrong direction and possibly speed again (based on speed sensor and GPS data in conjunction with them gaining distance rapidly, indicated speed limit 40km/h)
