Today 1ANN343 completely ignores the 4 people, 2 bikes and 2 dogs trying to cross and tries to barge through the red light that safely allows all these pedestrians (and dogs) to cross.
This intersection is a major pedestrian/bicycle access way between Hamilton Hill and South Beach.
