Close passing by 2 vehicles in quick succession, Mazda 5 YH58 ETK and Ford Transit WG71 SHV, but the Transit was more alarming. Close passing is encouraged by the refusal of Lancashire Constabulary to act against it- they will completely ignore this offence. The usual factor is oncoming traffic- the offending vehicles decide to come closer to the soft-bodied cyclist than to the oncoming steel box. Time on the video is GMT
