Wasn’t looking

I had a light on, traffic at least 100mtrs behind me, strong right turn hand signal but this guy clearly didn't see me ... I could see he was looking to his right so hit the brakes hard ... as I was slowing anyway to turn, not so bad but if I was going straight may have been worse.
I don't think this was intentional, just bad driving.
