Very Close Pass

.C.G.S. 20-150(e) clarifies that bicycles can be passed on in a no passing zone subject to it being safe and:(3) The driver of the faster moving vehicle either (i) provides a minimum of four feet between the faster moving vehicle and the slower moving vehicle or (ii) completely enters the left lane of the highway.
On this occasion, the driver of the pickup appears to have provided less than 1 foot and neither slowed down nor altered his road positioning to accommodate the bike. Fortunately my elbows were tucked in!
