23 May, 2021 - 4 years ago - on West San Marcos Boulevard The female driver looked directly at the approaching cyclist whose bike had a flashing Cycliq 12, and who was wearing a neon yellow helmet, jersey, and socks. She then pulled out in front of the cyclist. Deliberate indifference and reckless.
