UPS truck parked on Bike lane and over the pedestrian walking curb

@UPS truck was parked on the bike lane (in front of a No Parking Anytime sign) and when I stopped to tell the driver to not park on bike lates - he responded with "If you tell me how to do my Job, then I will tell you how to ride your bike".
