Turn on red light

At this intersection, the left turn gets a red light when the crosswalk/trail has the green. As I began crossing the road, I heard the car coming behind me, and when I looked over, I noticed the driver stopping short of coming in contact with me. He completely disregarded the red light and made the turn. As a hit-and-run survivor, I have zero tolerance for bad drivers.
