Driver of Toyota Prado decides to overtake cyclist:
a) before a roundabout when the road narrows due to the safety island
b) Go close enough that I tap his window to remind him that I am here (he knew)
c) drives over the roundabout in attempt to pass
d) only backs off when I point that I have a camera
e) does not stop for other cyclist waiting at the pedestrian/cycle crossing on Alfred Street.
