Terrible White Van Man Driving

White Van Man completes terrible overtake of oil tanker on wrong side of narrow road with little to spare and no consideration for oncoming vehicles. The overtaking vehicle displays little patience as the overtake is attempted within yards of the T-junction at which they entered the road.
