Private Gardener apparently leaving a finished job and possibly rushing to next job failed to stop at Stop Sign nor look in both directions, Nor did he see my F12 light on strobe which can be seen reflecting off the stop sign. Between my yelling and his passenger pointing out and me riding off the road no accident, but he was left in the oncoming traffic lane
