Close passing is becoming worse and more frequent around here, owing to the refusal of the Lancashire Constabulary (expletive deleted)s' to take action against drivers committing almost any offence. In this instance Andrew Broster or one of his sons comes alarmingly close at speed- probably exceeding the speed limit- and is no stranger to colliding with things, as shown by his front nearside bumper. He stays within the left lane throughout and comes much closer to me than to the oncoming large Post Office van. The police will ignore this as they always do, but I will soon be landing the dossier of all these police failures on the desk of a reluctant Police and Crime Commissioner
