Rude driver claims cyclists cannot be on local road

Woman makes pass and narrow over-take; I through my arm up and she stops to confront me, as I try to pass she turns her vehicle into me on two occasions. She said I'm too poor to live in this town and that bikes do not belong on this local road with a 25mph limit as I had been traveling at 20mph. Meanwhile, she was driving a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and lives in a rental from which she had just exited at the beginning of the video.
