Rude Driver Breaks Momentum

This driver paused and then pulled out in front of me as I was at 35.8 MPH and accelerating down a hill, causing me to break hard to 18.3 MPH to avoid running into them from behind. Of course, this broke my momentum for the series of rollers that I otherwise would have been able to cruise over.
