Road rage by Heritage windows Scotland

I pointed out to this tailgating van driver that he was exceeding the speed limit in a 20mph zone. A young 10 year old Jack Anderson was killed on this road a few hundred yards along from this point when, the speed cameras were put in place 10 years earlier.

He informed me I was speeding on my bike as he was beside me, you can hear my thump to try and tell him to give me room before he pulls closer into my path using his van as a weapon.
