Renault Kangoo Close Pass at Speed

Renault Kangoo passed up without giving any room, at a faily high speed, beeping his horn for no apparent reason. There was plenty of room for the driver to give us room as the previous two cars had done. Nothing was coming the other way to prevent the driver from doing so and we were well over to the right side of the road. Please note there is no dedicated cycle lane here, the line on the road depicts the edge of the road.
