Really?! ….slowing down even for 10 secs is just not necessary and so-o-o over-rated!

Travelling to La Peruse along Anzac Parade at about 8:45 am on Saturday Dec 5, where the inside lane was blocked by parked cars and one of our cyclists was in the right hand lane, an impatient driver in a Toyota four wheel drive, registration C5 16 MD, drove up on the grass verge at speed to get around the cyclist, ......  just so he could turn right at the next turn without slowing down. The driver only just missed the cyclist.
