Terrible infrastructure. The bike lane crosses a road that is always clogged via a shared crossing. The 2-way lane starts just after a intersecting st that has a stop sign, but because it is just after the pedestrian crossing drivers are more worried about entering the main road when the traffic stops than they are giving way to bikes in the lane.
