Pointless, irresponsible overtake

Accelerating down a steep hill towards a blind bend, this van overtakes right through double solid white lines (illegal) then left hooks me, pulling in a head of an oncoming car. If the oncoming car had appeared around the blind corner just 1.5 seconds earlier, there would have been a head-on collision.

Oh, and the van ended up stuck in the normal rush hour traffic queue at the bottom of Castle Street (400m further on) anyway. As I passed, I paused at the driver's window, tapped the side of my head then left him for dust in the traffic.
