Routine illegal crossing of the double white lines by a driver who cannot see ahead over the humped bridge- the video viewpoint is from a headcam mounted on a helmet, which is considerably higher than the driver's eyes. There are two humped bridges on my usual route (I don't usually film elsewhere) and the offence is common in both directions on both of them. There will be a collision some time when I'm present. The police ignore the offence, and I have many examples, so this one was not reported
