Pass started safely but pulled in far too early

Riding along in traffic and Semi decides to push through horn sounding to assert his 'priority'.

Cut in early with the rear of the trailer far too close for comfort.
Front plate hard to read but looks like R525NT
Almost caught up with him at the next lights - so his close pass probably saved ≈10 seconds.
