Coach Hire Executive school bus heading for Garstang High School around 3pm, close passing and illegally crossing the unbroken white line. The coach narrowly escapes colliding with the oncoming silver Peugeot, and is still over the unbroken white line when they come abreast. This is a blind humpbacked bridge with a left turn immediately after. Around 15:10 there are hordes of children spilling onto the road from the pavement when heading home. Offence ignored by Lancashire Constabulary. GPS failed to acquire so there's no exact time.
