Overtaking while cyclist turning right

Saw the 4WD in my mirror, with plenty of space. Indicted my turn with my arm, but vehilce still decieded to overtake on my right as I was moving right to make my turn. Lucky for them there was water on my lense so unable to get a plate......so need a front camera.
