Overtake then brake, really!!!!

Overtaken on Majuba road only for the car to put the brakes on for the speed bump, I wouldn't care but I was actually doing at, or near the speed limit so I wasn't holding anyone up. They did it twice and then I ended up passing them a few 100 metres up the road since they were in the normal traffic for this road.
