Overtake on a blind summit with oncoming cars

Cycling in Creech St Michael (a lovely route) when a car decides to overtake on the narrow railway bridge with a blind summit. Of course there was oncoming traffic - which had to brake and stop - and the car almost had me over the side.......Submitted to the police who have said "As a result of this report I can confirm a positive outcome in that the driver will receive either a warning letter, a fixed penalty or a prosecution.".
