Near disaster due to illegal pass at intersection

Riding in the group east on SR135, looking back and checking the traffic before approaching the intersection with 450W and all 3 riders signaling intent to turn left into 450W… Right at the intersection we were passed by fast moving Dodge minivan. (Back vehicle coming from the side road was about to turn right directly into the path of the silver minivan.)
The silver van should not be passing group of cyclists who are signaling turning left.
The silver van should not be passing at the intersection!!!.
