Might doesn’t make right

On this narrow road with no shoulder, plenty of cars were able to wait until they could pass safely. This huge truck couldn't move over due to oncoming traffic, and didn't want to slow down, so he plowed on through and nearly hit me. The driver said he tried to give me plenty of space when passing. Once I shared the video with the police, the driver was ticketed.
