This is old, but I was reminded of it when somebody on Twitter complained about 'online cycling rings' taking videos of car interiors, and saying these 'rings' should be investigated by the police. The dim woman driver came very close to shout something incomprehensible at me, presumably complaining at being held up by me being on the road. Lancashire Constabulary ignored the report. Time on the video is GMT
