Maybe LOOK where you’re going?

me, innocently riding along in the bus/bike lane, which due to great city planning, becomes the turning lane. Driver on my right decides they would like to turn, starts drifting over, then goes to actually change lanes without realising that someone (me) was already in that space. I see that they were actually indicating as they changed lanes (NOT the required 3 seconds before they changed lanes though) which is something, at least they were signalling "i'm going to hit this cyclist" :).
